1. Engineer - Quality Assurance
======================
Qualification & Exp. : Preferably Degree in Mech or Production Engineering with 2 to 3 years experience /Diploma in Mech. / Prod. Engg. With 5 yrs of experience.
Job Profile :
1. Fully conversant with use of General Inspection instruments, inspection methods in an auto component unit.
2. Knowledge of calibration procedures and methods.
3. Knowledge of QA documentation such as ISIR, PPAP , FMEA etc.
4. Organized and systematic with Leadership qualities.
5. Well versed with Quality Systems (ISO 9001 : 2001 and TS16949)
2. Officer – Finance and Administration

Qualification & Exp. : B.Com or M.Com preferably with at least 5 yrs of experience in Finance / accounts department in a manufacturing unit.
1. Knowledge of accounts department functions such as maintaining books, ledgers and other accounting activities.
2. Preparation of monthly MIS report , cash flow etc.
3. Preparation and publication of monthly P/L reports.
4. Fully aware with the legal requirements and adherence to the same.
5. Liaisoning with bank and other govt. agencies
6. Monthly filing of taxes etc.
3. Engineer – Materials / Logistics

Qualification & Exp. : Degree in Mech or Production Engineering with 2 to 3 years experience / Diploma in Mech. / Prod. Engg. With at least 5 years of experience in similar function preferably in auto component manufacturing unit.
1. Knowledge and experience of procurement
2. Exposure to production planning and control
3. Experience in machine scheduling is preferred.
4. Defining periodic (monthly, weekly and daily) production targets and achievements
5. Liaisoning with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery from them.
6. To maintain defined inventory levels and to keep them under strict control
4. Production Supervisor
================
Qualification & Exp. : Degree in Mech or Production Engineering with 2 to 3 years experience /Diploma in Mech. Engg. / Prod Engg. preferably with at least 5 years of experience in auto component manufacturing unit.
1. Exposure to modern manufacturing systems in the shop floor such as 5S, Balance Score card , GMP’s etc.
2. Very well conversant and hands-on experience in CNC machines is a MUST.
3. Well versed with Time, motion and method studies to optimize cycle times.
4. Quality conscious and willing to work hard to achieve production targets with desired quality levels and focus on continual improvement..
5. Experience with reputed manufacturing units is desirable.
5. CNC Operator
============
Qualification & Exp. : ITI with 5 yrs of experience and or Diploma in mech./prod. Engg with at least 2 yr . experience.
1. Hands on work experience on CNC Turning / VMC and HMC machines.
2. Able to understand the CNC program and to run the machine independently. Able to give offsets as required.
3. Able to independently make the measurements as per process sheet.
4. Able to read and understand process sheet and simple drawings
5. Well versed with various dimensional and geometrical tolerances such as parallelism, perpendicularity, ovality etc.
